Mississippi College

History

In August 2012, Mississippi College announced the availability of ten fully furnished loft apartments located above the new Bookstore. The new construction was placed at the corner of Madison and Jefferson two blocks north of the center of the Clinton Campus.

The Olde Towne Lofts General Information

Each one bedroom loft is equipped with a kitchen, den and full bath covering approximately 500 sq feet. Four of the lofts open to a shared balcony, two open to private balconies, and four have no balconies, but windows. The lofts are available to full–time female graduate students, 21 years or older at a price of  $4750 per semester ($1900 in summer), which includes all utilities. For more information regarding the Olde Towne Lofts at MC,  to see floor plans, policies, reservation process, and other specifics related to the Lofts at MC, please see below.

Application Process

Those interested in living in one of these lofts should submit The Olde Towne Loft Reservation Application.  Assignment to the lofts will be completed on a “first come first serve basis” based on the date and time of receipt application. Since there are only ten lofts available, the submission of a completed application does not guarantee assignment to one of the lofts. A waiting list will be developed for those that are unable to be assigned. The waiting list will be based on the date of receipt of the completed application.

Each resident of The Olde Towne Lofts will be required to read, agree to, and sign the Terms and Conditions. If you have interest in residing in The Olde Towne Lofts, you are encouraged to read the Terms and Conditions before applying.
