Student Employment
Career Services posts jobs for on-campus federal work-study student worker positions as well as institutional student worker positions across campus.
Student worker positions are usually limited to 20 hours a week.
Student Worker - Federal Work Study:
To work in a position on campus that requires a Federal Work Study student, you must be qualified for it based on your current FAFSA
(Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
Student Worker - Institutional:
These positions do not require that you be awarded Federal Work Study.

Viewing Available Jobs:
To view available student worker positions online, you must register for an account on MC's Career Central e-recruiting system.
To register, click on www.mc.edu/careercentral. Complete the form and e-mail or fax it to:
career-center@mc.edu fax: (601) 925-7095.
Once Career Services receives the completed form you will receive a username and password for access to student worker jobs and all other
full-time and part-time job postings. In the Career Central system, Student Worker jobs will be listed under the employer name Mississippi College - Student Worker.
Faculty and Staff:
Please click this online form to submit your student worker job opportunities. The Career Center will post open positions on MC's Career Central job site for students to view. Please complete all information requested on the form. If you have questions, call the Career Services office at 601-925-3901.
If you hire student workers, you will need the forms included in the
Supervisor's Packet (PDF).You must be sure that the student has completed the forms before returning them to Financial Aid.
