In turn, the German university provides the M.C. student with a stipend which covers fees, and room and board.

The resume and essay should be submitted to the Department of Modern Languages no later than March 1 prior to the beginning of the winter semester in Mainz. Please contact email@example.com for information on this. Since only one scholarship is available, a committee will make the final selection in the event there are multiple applications. All students interested should contact the program director early in the semester prior to the semester they are wishing to study abroad.

Any credits received in Mainz will be transfer credits. Students are not enrolled at MC while studying at the University of Mainz.
Do students have the opportunity to travel while enrolled at the German university?
University students in Germany enjoy a two-month break between semesters. This break gives the MC student time to travel extensively in Germany or other parts of Europe.
Where do students live while in Mainz?
Students are housed in dormitories on or near the campus of the University of Mainz. Kitchen facilities are available in most dormitories, and several cafeterias on campus offer low-cost meals.
