Unique Opportunities in Undergraduate Biology

The Department of Biological Sciences at Mississippi College offers a unique curriculum that ranges from research courses in cancer, virology, and ecology to a course in human dissection in the state of the art Human Gross Anatomy Cadaver Lab.

MC offers a Bachelor of Science for Biology majors as well as a minor for students in other areas of study. The bachelor degree requires a requires a minimum of 130 semester hours of course work, the final 65 hours of which must be done at Mississippi College.
