The Reference Collection consists of general and specialized materials including encyclopedias, bibliographies, atlases, dictionaries, catalogs, and book reviews. To aid patrons doing research, reference librarians at the Reference Desk direct the users to the most appropriate resources. An effort is made to instruct users on how to find the best information, rather than merely attempting to provide direct answers.
