Ivan Parke
"Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth."
(2 Timothy 2:15)
About Me
In 1980, God called me to vocational Christian ministry. I have served as a Minister of Youth and a Pastor (click BIO under Additional Documents).
Mississippi College hired me in 1998 (Fall Semester). The academic year 2012-2013, therefore, is my fifteenth year as a professor.
God still provides opportunities for me to preach and teach in the local church. Consequently, I enjoy the best of both worlds (classroom AND sanctuary).
