Sara Kimmel

Sara B. Kimmel is Director of MC’s Flowood Center and Assistant Professor in the School of Business, where she teaches Global Dimensions of Business and Management and Organizational Behavior. She holds a B.S. in Business from Belhaven College, and MBA from Millsaps College, and a Ph.D. in International Development from the University of Southern Mississippi.  She serves on the Strategic Planning and Marketing Committees of Mississippi College and has extensive published research on the motivations and barriers of adult learners.  Dr. Kimmel is the recipient of the 2012  Mississippi World Trade Center Award for Excellence in International Education.  Dr. Kimmel is available to speak to groups on the following topics:
