Assistant Professor, Biological Sciences
Dr. Nathan Tullos was raised in Clinton, Mississippi and graduated with a B.S. and M.S. Biological Sciences from Mississippi College; earning his Class AA teaching license while teaching middle school science at Byram Middle School. Following this he completed a M.S. in Biomedical Sciences and a doctorate in Microbiology with a specialty in Bacteriology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. After receiving his doctorate he completed a post-doctoral research fellowship at the Department of Physiology and Biophysics at UMMC. Dr. Tullos is an ordained bi-vocational SBC minister and the senior pastor of Traceway Baptist Church in Clinton.
