Welcome to my homepage. You will find my current class schedule listed below. Please feel free to come by any time during my posted office hours and discuss your career or career opportunities in Exercise Science. I teach both undergraduate and graduate classes in Exercise Science. Other duties include directing the annual Coach Hap Hudson Homecoming 5K Run/Walk and overseeing the Exercise Physiology Lab at Mississippi College. We offer VO2 max test, MicroFIt assessments, Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) tests and Health Risk assessments to students and community members. Please call for an appointment or schedule a consult with me or one of our graduate assistants.
My hometown is Kosciusko, Mississippi. I currently live in Clinton, Mississippi.
