Lee & Rhoda Royce Servant Leadership Minor
This minor is driven by application and service-learning. Students from any discipline can receive a minor in Servant Leadership through the completion of three required 3-hour courses and at least an additional 9 hours of Servant Leadership electives.
Why Servant Leadership?
The Lee & Rhoda Royce Servant Leadership minor addresses the concept of leadership through a Christian lens while preparing students to lead in their chosen career path, personal ministry, and interpersonal relationships. Any undergraduate student at Mississippi College who has the opportunity to pair a minor with their academic major is eligible to obtain the minor in Servant Leadership. The courses are applicable to a wide variety of academic majors and vocations.
