Glenn Antizzo
Professor - History and Political Science
Dr. Glenn J. Antizzo is a Professor in the Department of History and Political Science. Dr. Antizzo joined MC’s faculty in 2010 and currently teaches International Relations, Comparative Governments, Military Intervention, Southern Politics, and American National Government. His areas of expertise are international relations and comparative politics.
Dr. Antizzo has been recognized on numerous occasions including Outstanding Professor of the Year, Presidential Award for Teaching Excellence, and a finalist for the MC Distinguished Professor of the Year.
Dr. Antizzo has served as Chair and Co-Chair of the Department of History and Political Science and currently attends Holy Savior Roman Catholic Church in Clinton.
Originally from Port Jefferson, NY, Dr. Antizzo found Mississippi as his home. Every Summer, Dr. Antizzo takes a month-long trip to a different region of the U.S. He has been to 48 states and hopes to make 50 soon. He has a black cat named "Lady."
