A Technology Fee will be assessed for all full time and part-time students. As of the 2016 Fall semester, students with 6 credit hours and above will be assessed $50 and students taking less than 6 credit hours will be assessed $17.
The revenue from this fee shall be used to enhance instructional technology resources for students and faculty at MC. Projects that are to be funded can be used to expand wireless internet around campus, implement technology in the classrooms, upgrade academic computer labs, research new technology, and help support the network infrastructure.
The I.T. Oversight Committee is made up of students and administration that make specific decisions on how these funds are designated.
