In response to the automated attacks we've recently encountered, additional protection has been added to the log in process called reCAPTCHA. At log in, you will be required to check the box that says I'm not a robot.
You may be required to answer an additional challenge question in one of two formats:

Image Recognition requires you to select each image that contains the same type of object as the image in the top right. Then click Verify.

Text Recognition requires you to type the word or number displayed into the box. Then click Verify.
To get a new challenge, click the reload icon at the bottom left of the challenge popup:
