How to access classes
- To reach your Canvas classes, log in to your account at my.mc.edu. Then, choose the "Canvas" link located under the "Academics" section in the left navigation menu. Furthermore, you can enhance accessibility by adding Canvas to your QuickLinks through the "Manage Tiles" option.

Where to get help with classes and submissions
- Mississippi College provides assistance for Canvas inquiries and concerns between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday. For issues occurring after regular hours, kindly submit a ticket, and a representative will address your query on the following business day.
- To reach this support section, simply follow the steps mentioned above to log into your Canvas account, and then click on the "Help" option located at the lower left corner of the screen.
