The Mission, Vision, and Values of Mississippi College must be fully understood and supported by each employee. Employment opportunities for both faculty and staff roles require the approval of the area Vice President and President, which must be obtained prior to filling an opening. Candidates are hired subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees.
