Assistant/Associate Professor and Art Education Coordinator - Department of Art

The Department of Art is looking for an Assistant/Associate professor and Art Education Coordinator for Fall 2024. In addition to teaching students and coordinating student teaching, this person is required to be an active member of the Mississippi Art Education Association and National Art Education Association, and sponsor of the NAEA student chapter. Applicants must have a Masters of Fine Arts or Ph.D. and be of Christian faith.

Founded in 1826, Mississippi College, Clinton, MS, is a private, comprehensive University with over 80 undergraduate majors, more than 50 graduate areas of study and approximately 4500 students. It is affiliated with the Mississippi Baptist Convention. Clinton MS is a small quiet community 10 miles west of Jackson, MS.
