Office Manager and Active Military Specialist - Office of the Registrar

Mississippi College is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Office Manager and Active Military Specialist, Office of the Registrar. This position is responsible for greeting constituents over the phone or in person in a professional manner. This position is also responsible for managing enrollment verifications and all transcript requests. See attached job description for more detailed information.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates degree and bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and lead student workers
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with diverse populations
