Benefits Specialist - Office of Human Resources

Mississippi College is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Benefit Specialist, Office of Human Resources. Reporting the to Director of Human Resources, this position is responsible for administration of employee insurance and retirement benefits and assisting the Director with other Human Resource duties. A detailed job description is attached for more information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • One year of benefit/insurance administration experience
  • Ability to work with all employees
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to provide training and speak in front of large group
  • Commitment to the vision of Mississippi College
