For Current Students

Current students can obtain a free enrollment verification through the National Student Clearinghouse via their MyMC Account. Enrollment can only be verified for the term in which a student is registered. Future enrollment or class registration cannot be verified until official registration occurs and the National Student Clearinghouse updates its records.

How to Obtain Verification:

  1. Log into your MyMC account.
  2. Select Banner Web for Students.
  3. Click the four dots in the top left corner and choose Student.
  4. Under the Student Menu, select Enrollment Verification.

For Alumni and Former Students

If you no longer have access to your MyMC account:

  1. Download and complete this verification request form.
  2. Email the completed form to registrar@mc.edu.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
Cost: Free.

For Employers, Background Screening Firms, & Third Parties

Mississippi College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide enrollment and degree verification information for current and former students.
