Photo ID services are located in the Office of Public Safety, B.C. Rogers Basement. All students, faculty and staff must have a photo ID and should wear the ID at all times while on campus. Photo ID cards are used to:
- gain entrance to residence halls
- purchase food in the Caf
- obtain services from library and Learning Resource Center (LRC)
- earn credit for chapel
- provide identification on campus
All student ID pictures are now made through an online service called Cloud Card. Students needing an ID card should email Security@mc.edu with their name and student ID. An invitation will then be sent to their email so that they can register and take their own student ID picture. Once the picture is approved, the ID will be ready in the Public Safety office within 24 hours, under normal circumstances.
The replacement fee for lost or stolen ID cards is $35.00. Anyone needing a new ID should first go by the Business Office in Nelson Hall to pay the fee and then go to the Office of Public Safety in B.C. Rogers to have a new card made. ID cards are made between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
For safety and security reasons, students are required to wear IDs at all times while on campus.
